Find out who is taking part in 'Tavistock has got Talent in Scones!

We asked our brilliant businesses to come up with a new and inspired flavour scone to celebrate our history as the Home of the Cream Tea! From Coconut & Lime served with pineapple jam to a Pasty Scone, they have pulled out all the stops!

Be sure to pop in to town over the course of the week to taste some different and inventive takes on the Devonshire Classic... who will be crowned the winner?

For those interested in the history of the original scones - the Tavy Tuff - there is a chance to taste this local legend at Tavi Feastival on Sunday 25th June at 11:45am.

Enjoy a classic Devon Cream Tea in the very place where it was invented - The Bedford Hotel.

Settle down on a comfy sofa, or take a table in the pretty garden, and look forward to a large, warm home-made scone served with luscious Hogs Bottom strawberry jam, local clotted cream, and plenty of tea or coffee.

Available all day, every day.

£7.50 per person
