Giving recognition to Tavistock's customer service diamonds in Hospitality, Services, Wellbeing & Retail.

Tavistock launched its first Customer Service Awards in 2019. Created by Rhiannon Spurgeon, in collaboration with Tavistock Business Improvement District, the awards intend to increase recognition of great customer service in the town. It gives businesses the opportunity to achieve a seal of approval and make their company the preferred customer choice in their category.

The scheme, aimed at increasing recognition of great customer service in the town, has proved really popular with over 600 nominations being received when the awards were launched back in May, 2019.

The 2019 Judging Panel consisted of:
