Carnival Week
Organised by Tavistock Lions Club, the Carnival Week is packed full of events and activities for all tastes culminating in Carnival Day - this year on a Sunday - the 21st July. The theme for this year is 'Let's Get Animated'.
Events include a Fun Day in Tavistock Meadows, a Baby Show, Pavement Art, Music, Dog Show, Town Trail and, of course, the mega quiz!

Carnival Day
The main procession begins at 4pm from Down Road and passes through the centre of town.
Slotted around the carnival procession is a one-day festival, hosted in venues and locations all around the town centre. Local businesses present a whole day and evening of events, local music and entertainment.
There are fairground rides on Bedford Square.
This day is organised by the Lions Club of Tavistock in collaboration with Tavistock BID.
